Ms. Élise Beauchesne, CPA, CA, Adm.A, is a founding partner of Rentalys Solution Property Management and is also a founding partner of SolutionCondo. Ms. Beauchesne largely contributed in setting up the organizational structure of various businesses to enable her businesses to grow rapidly while allowing her to maintain an enviable reputation in the marketplace.

Ms. Beauchesne has been named a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Grand Prize in Quebec and is one of the top 8 real estate professionals according to the “Premières en affaires” magazine.

Mr. Clement Beauchesne, PMP is a founding partner of Rentalys Solution Property Management and is the general manager of the company. Mr. Beauchesne has been active in the real estate industry for many years.

He has held positions of importance in the main associations in residential real estate in Quebec. Until 2018, he was Director of the Major Landlords division at the CORPIQ – Corporation des propriétaires immobiliers du Quebec and was previously general manager of the RGCQ – Regroupement des gestionnaires et copropriétaires du Quebec.

Bruno joined the Rentalys Solution team in 2023 as Vice President, Development and Real Estate Expertise.

His leadership focused on value creation, sustainable development, technology, and customer service excellence are undeniable assets in our ongoing commitment to excellence.

Bruno plays an essential role in the advancement of our projects, including the implementation of sustainable and efficient practices in the property management industry. His commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction reinforces our position as a leader in property management in Montreal and Quebec.

Lucie Labrecque, CRHA, Director of Human Resources at Rentalys Solution, is a seasoned human resources management professional who has been a member of the “Ordre des Conseillers en Ressources Humaines Agréés” (CRHA) since 2015. With over 13 years’ experience in the field, she has worked in a variety of organizations, from SMEs to large international corporations.
Ms Labrecque joined us in 2016, bringing her expertise to meet the challenges of the company’s rapid growth.
She has been instrumental in shaping the organizational culture and in recruiting, as well as developing skills to meet the dynamic needs of the company and the evolution of our industry.

Lucie has distinguished herself by implementing a career plan for property managers, guiding them along their professional path. She has also introduced initiatives to improve communication, interdepartmental interaction and employer branding.
She takes a partnership approach to getting the best results, while respecting our core values.
Her role is not limited to the day-to-day management of the Human Resources team. She is a strategic pillar within the company, implementing HR measures and using her ideas and experience to guide management in its decisions.
